About Slow Living Studio
Slow Living Studio was born from a desire to live more mindfully, embracing balance, intention, and presence. Each piece of pottery reflects this philosophy, drawing inspiration from small daily rituals and the beauty of simple pleasures. Crafted with timelessness in mind, our stoneware pottery is minimalist and muted, with organic textures. Wheel thrown in North Cornwall by Jazmin Meneer.
About the Artist
After years of working as a restaurant manager, constantly teetering on the edge of burnout, I realised my life lacked balance, fulfilment, and passion. Craving freedom and peace, I made the bold decision to leave behind financial stability and pursue pottery—not just as a career but as a lifestyle choice. This shift wasn’t just about changing professions; it was about embracing the slow living philosophy and being intentional in every aspect of my life.
For me, pottery is more than just an art form. It’s a practice of mindfulness, creativity, and authenticity. Each piece is crafted with care and patience, reflecting my commitment to living simply. I believe in creating high-quality, durable pottery that enhances daily rituals—whether it’s sipping matcha in the morning, mixing sourdough, or displaying freshly picked flowers.
Intentional Craftsmanship
At Slow Living Studio, my intention isn’t to encourage endless consumption but to offer meaningful pieces that become part of your daily routine. Each item is crafted with time and attention, ensuring a high level of quality. My hope is that these pieces will inspire moments of mindfulness and joy, helping you embrace a slower, more intentional way of living.
